About Me

Justin Stephans, Education and Technology Consultant, is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He brings over 20 years of education experience to MK, Inc. He started his career as a teacher and soon after as a Principal. He successfully authored over $100,000 worth of technology grants. One of which was a mobile STEM/ STEAM lab. The lab traveled throughout the district, setting the standard in the Western Pennsylvania region. 

Currently, he’s the Principal for Gateway High School which ranks in the top 10 of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania schools. The school was awarded the US News and World Report Best High Schools Silver award. His leadership is one that encourages teachers and students to think outside the box, using skills such as collaboration, problem solving and creativity while introducing the latest technology. 

As a father of 4 children, Justin is a leader in his community coaching and chairing local associations for softball, baseball and basketball. He has made a positive impact on thousands of children as they grow and expand their talents and leadership skills.
