Our Projects
Port Manzanillo Revitalization Project
This project is comprehensive and will involve several components, including a repair and maintenance shipyard, an industrial park, a revitalized and expanded port facility, as well as education and job training initiatives.
Our Proposal
As proposed, MK’s plan includes revitalizing and expanding Port Manzanillo, developing a world class shipyard, creating an industrial zone and ensuring the community is provided with job training, improved education, housing as well as strengthening the infrastructure (potable water, improved roads, affordable electricity and communications capabilities). Other important components of the project include job training programs for post-secondary residents, education initiatives that focus on both primary and secondary schools, a national security center, warehouse and storage facilities, sports facilities and community parks.
The Port Manzanillo project needs several components working together as the means of making the project feasible. All of these components, when done together, will provide a synergistic economic boost to Montecristi, Dajabon and the entire Northern region.
We have researched and developed a long-term strategic plan to create a sustainable project. Our team, includes strong partnerships within the Dominican Republic, Europe, and the United States of America.
