About Me

Michelle Stepnick, CEO, is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and brings over 23 years of government, legislative and political experience to the company. She has served under both the Florida and Connecticut Senate leaderships and has held various positions on statewide boards in Pennsylvania. Michelle has helped managed complex, multi-million dollar projects throughout her career and is an expert at working with federal, state and Caribbean governments to implement educational and economic programs and projects.

Michelle also has a passion for serving the community, in particular children and education. In 2013-2017 and in 2019 Michelle was elected to serve a four-year term as a local School Director, setting direction for thousands of children and serves on statewide boards that have an impact throughout the State of Pennsylvania. Michelle is serving her second term as a local School Director setting direction for thousands of children. 

As a board member of Pittsburgh Opera Theater her focus was on how to give opportunities to children exploring their theatrical talents.
